Think carefully about what you want to purchase before you order. Every order is processed per order and only then are the parts ordered by us, we do not keep stock. We only supply to business customers, if you are a consumer and you want consumer rights, please order elsewhere if you want to make use of the right of return, which is not possible with us unless a warranty or a defect applies.

Order placed? The webshop automatically sends an email of your order. Did you not receive it? Check your spam box! If you use gmail, hotmail live, yahoo or other major free email providers, there is a good chance that you will not be able to receive (automatically generated) emails from the webshop. If you do not receive a response to one or more emails sent, please always contact us by email!

Orders for which products can be delivered directly from stock are collected from Monday to Friday and then delivered the following day. Orders for which products must be ordered/produced may take longer. Check the info menu on the page – production and delivery time – to see which brands and what type of products have a longer delivery time. If you order multiple products at the same time, the order will only be shipped once the complete order has been received by us. Products for which this is known in advance have separate shipping costs in the webshop. You will then receive the order in parts if you order multiple items to which this applies. If there is one backorder on 1 item from a shipping group, this may cause delays for your entire order! If you would like to receive it in parts, this can be achieved at an additional cost, in which case please contact us by email.

Products can sometimes take longer to produce before they can be ready, from 1 to even 10 weeks, after which they are shipped. This is partly because producers find it more difficult to obtain raw materials. You can even notice this with brands such as Volkswagen, but unfortunately there is little we can do about this. Suppliers to Volkswagen, for example, are located throughout Europe and even beyond in countries such as Turkey.

If you have placed an order and it takes longer than you expected, please contact us by e-mail and do not forget to mention your order number!!!

If the webshop processes an order without VAT, this is incorrect, these orders cannot be processed immediately. Please also note this when you order. Unfortunately, this can happen sporadically after an automatic update of the webshop software.
